Plan Your Day

Please bring a chair/blanket to sit on! The seating area is the level field ground directly behind SebaHub. 

We will be going ahead rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and bring all the essentials for Alberta weather. In the case of dangerous/extreme weather, we will update guests on the event’s status via the PA on stage, through staff and volunteers and on our social media platforms. Your safety is our first priority!

Please make sure you have an online or printed version of your ticket(s) as we will require that they be scanned by our staff/volunteers upon entry. Guests will be given a wristband so they may leave and re-enter the event throughout the day. 

If you are planning to consume any alcoholic beverages in our beer garden, please ensure you have your ID at the ready when registering at the event. Those showing ID will be given a special wristband allowing them to purchase from the bar. Please note that outside alcoholic beverages are NOT PERMITTED and all alcoholic beverages purchased on site must be consumed in the licensed area. The beer garden will be all ages and monitored by security. 

Individual guests are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages and we will have food trucks on site for those looking to purchase meals and snacks. We do ask that no food is cooked on site (no grills, hot plates, etc.) and no large outside food orders or catering is permitted.
