The second In the Woods brought seven Alberta artists, family activities, and neighbours together on the school grounds.
The forecast looked uncertain, but the rain stayed away. The field filled with music, dancing, and good company.

2026 community story
More than
a concert.
The music brought us together. Giving back was part of the day.
The 2026 festival’s ticket proceeds and fundraising initiatives supported Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta. Girl Guides sold treats and collected returnable beverage containers to support local Guiding programs. Family activities also supported Parkland Food Bank.
Thank you to the performers, volunteers, vendors, supporters, and everyone who helped turn a day on the field into something that reached beyond it.

at the day.
On September 5, 2026, gates opened at 1 PM and music ran from 2–9:30 PM. Food vendors, family activities, the Show and Shine, exhibitors, and the festival gardens were part of the day.
The September 4–7, 2026 weekend offer included $20 unserviced tent sites and $40 unserviced RV parking at the Vista Lands, across from Kokanee Springs RV Park. That offer has ended; these are not 2027 rates or reservation arrangements.
